I ordered it off Amazon on a whim, mostly because the color was listed as "Rosso Italiano." It makes awesome spaghetti, as I learned last night. Here's hoping it doesn't burst into flames.

Once the dough is made (about 10 minutes of preparation, and 30 minutes in the fridge to let the dough set), really fast!

Did it come with a fire extinguisher? (for you know when it somehow makes water catch on fire)
How expensive is the scheduled maintenance?

This is so right in so many levels.
I recommend making Spaghettini, which is like spaghetti, but thinner. We call it here the "Hair of an Angel", and yes, it tastes just like that.
